Can't believe she had a "Green" day again!!! :) Yeah... for her and Mrs. Janette!! Let's see...2 eggs for breakfast, pb (only) sandwich, apple and 2 cookies for lunch, chicken, carrots and pinto beans for dinner and we are eating our "toast" before bed... double fiber... 6 g. per slice... Suz, does this count the same as 1/2 c. of beans?
Had a great day at work today too!! My kidney didn't hardly hurt today and I am back taking my iron.... Woo Hoo! Sooo thankful for my job... EVERY DAY!
